     Belle Fourche Dam is worth stopping at while you're here, and paddling on Spearfish Creek is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. AmericInn Belle Fourche is a good location to get some rest, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Terry Peak. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are in fact abundant here at Belle Fourche Reservoir. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Belle Fourche Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at  
   Rolling Thunder Campground. Throughout the long summer days here at Belle Fourche Reservoir, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 30's while Belle Fourche Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's.
