Beautiful Almos Lake has much to offer visitors. For the duration of the long summer days here at Almos Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Almos Lake. | | Lake you don’t see much rain; June is when you get the most rain here, and December is the month with the least moisture. Almos Lake is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Bur-oak Lodge is a nice site to camp nearby; Dakota Magic Casino & Hotel is a brilliant location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel Sisseton is a delightful choice, and lakes are such serene spots, why not have a look at Josephine Lake.
