The high level of
rainfall makes Windsor Lake a relatively wet spot; most of the rain falls during March while November is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Congaree Swamp National Monument is a perfect local destination here at Windsor Lake; you'll meet a lot of folks from Columbia here.
