This is a popular place for people from Chester, and Baymont Inn and Suites Rock Hill is a great spot to get some rest. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Catawba River - South Fork. High temperatures at Willis Pond all through the warm days of summer are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's                  generally in the 60's.
