This lake is so wonderful. A quick visit to Shiloh Branch near Wheelers Pond is a brilliant idea. Wheelers Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain while October is mostly the driest month. Camping is available at Saluda River Resort, and Peach Country is a great place to get some rest. Summer brings highs       in the 90's to Wheelers Pond, and the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's while Wheelers Pond overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's.
