Antley Spring Branch is a striking stream that is worth visiting; why not camp at Mountaineer Motel since you're here at Wannamakers Pond. Wannamakers Pond is a relatively wet place usually with a lot of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here, and October is when it's the driest. If only every spot had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great earth it would be. If       time allows, Congaree Swamp National Monument is a national park worth a visit. This lake is so wonderful. Sleep Inn Orangeburg is a great location to get some rest; you'll meet a lot of folks from Orangeburg here. A good close by hotel is Fairfield Inn By Marriott Orangeburg, and a picturesque lake like Smoke Pond is a magnificent spot to have a look at. During the summertime months highs here at Wannamakers Pond get into the 90's, and the nighttime is                  slightly chillier of course, regularly in the 70's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Wannamakers Pond sink into the 30's.
