V Taylor Pond typically gets lots of rain; most of the rain falls during March, and April is when it's the driest. There's so much to do here at V Taylor Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Pine Ridge Campground is a great spot for that. Nearby lakes? Sure, Twin Lakes is near V Taylor Pond, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Spartanburg/I-26 Exit 22 is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. Some of the water close by flows, like Middle Tyger River, and V Taylor Pond is glorious enough to spend                  more than a day at, Cunningham RV Park is a glorious local campground. You're sure to bump into some friendly folks from Spartanburg here, and a great nearby hotel is Sleep Inn Spartanburg. So many enjoyable things right next door to V Taylor Pond, definitely tremendous.
