Upper Reserve in fact is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. If you came to camp Charleston KOA is a good spot to do that, and Lower Reserve is a wonderful lake nearby. You'll meet a lot of folks from Charleston-North Charleston here, and camping at Fain's RV Park is always a pleasant experience. Upper Reserve generally gets a good deal of precipitation; July is the wettest month with       most rain, and the driest month of the year is November. High temperatures at Upper Reserve during the warm days of summer are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Upper Reserve. After a long day outdoors Goose Creek Days Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two, and close by you hit upon the Jerico Horse Trail which is a good hiking trail. Going for                  a hike on the Swamp Fox Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and Huger Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. This lake is so wonderful.
