Union Lake is a quite wet place frequently with much rain; all through July this area sees the most rain while November is generally the driest month. There's some flowing water close by, Dam Swamp is a stream you can go to during your stay, and a splendid close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express CONWAY (MYRTLE BEACH AREA). Grissett Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by; there are swamps here too, Skinners Swamp is in the       neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Williamson's Lake Park is a magnificent spot to camp; there are plenty of folks from Myrtle Beach-Conway-North Myrtle Beach here at Union Lake. This location is great, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do near Union Lake. If you get bored of Union Lake, you could also visit nearby Roe Pond; an afternoon playing golf at Conway Golf Club is always a diversion. Summer at Union                  Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 70's.
