Why not stop by Turn Hole if you're passing through these parts. The high level of rain makes Turn Hole a pretty wet place; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain while July is mostly the driest month. Turn Hole is one of the lakes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer. Sky Valley. This lake is so wonderful. Turn Hole is good enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Chatuga is a good local campground, and do check out Mountain Rest Lake, it's a striking lake. This lake is so wonderful. A tour
to Big Shoals will fill your soul with magnificent feelings, and if you need a place to stay Old Edwards Inn and Spa is a wonderful choice. On a great day at Turn Hole you can take a hike along the Three Forks Trail, and hey, Gotta
ski right? Scaly Mountain is a wonderful spot to do that. Now, you may assume that's loads but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A fine place to camp here at Turn Hole is Cassidy Bridge
Campground, and since you're here, you could stop at Adline Branch. So much fun stuff to do here at Turn Hole, too splendid to be true. A brilliant nearby hotel is The Inn at Half Mile Farm; Turn Hole is not far at all from Seneca.
If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll love Turn Hole. While you're here at Turn Hole you can take a hike along the Burrells Ford Trail, and one of the major characteristics of the surroundings of Turn Hole is Holden Mountain.
Mountain Rest Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Chattooga River - West Fork.
