Trout Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Big Cypress Lake RV Park/fishing Retreat is a good local campground, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Boggy Bay is right close by. At Trout Lake during the months of summer highs are in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's, and during the dark hours       in the winter at Trout Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. Green Acres Golf Club is a golf course near Trout Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Trout Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Little Pee Dee State Park is a splendid location for that, and if you need a site to stay Moon Light Hotel is a pleasant choice. You're probably keen on lakes, Bass Lake is one of those nearby, and The Decanter Inn is a good spot                  to get some rest.
