Timmons Pond is a wet location that gets a good deal of precipitation; March is when you get the most rain here, and January is when it's the driest. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Saluda River, and lots of people from Greenville come here. Timmons Pond is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Holly Hill RV Park is a wonderful place to camp nearby; whitewater       paddling is wonderful on Saluda River. This lake is so wonderful. Some nearby water includes Middle Saluda River, and dry warm beds await you at Easley-Days Inn West Of Greenville/Clemson Area. You definitely have to fancy Timmons Pond. After a long day outdoors Jameson Inn Easley is a great site to spend a night or two. Here at Timmons Pond you can distinguish Billingsly Hill, and you can stay the night at Solitude Pointe. All through the days of summer                  highs here at Timmons Pond get into the 80's, and the night is a bit cooler of course, usually in the 60's.
