Thomas Lake is a rather wet place regularly with a lot of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly March, that's the one that rains the most while September is regularly the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Royal Inn, and get your pulse rate up on the perfect whitewater of South Tyger River. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Musgrove Mill state Historic Site is a       wonderful place to camp, and T-roy's is a splendid campground here. If you need a spot to stay Travelers Inn is a fine choice, and a wonderful site for whitewater paddling is Warrior Creek. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Thomas Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's.
