Through the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Teagues Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Teagues Lake gets a large amount of water; throughout March this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is September.       Teagues Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Musgrove Mill state Historic Site is a great local campground, and float down the rapids of South Tyger River in a kayak. A pleasant place to camp here at Teagues Lake is T-roy's, and if you need a place to stay Henry Laurens Motor Lodge is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful.
