If you're visiting Sun View Lake from Columbia, you won't be the only one, and there's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at Lake Trotwood Dam next to Sun View Lake. The high level of precipitation makes Sun View Lake a quite wet site; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily       March, that's the one that rains the most while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Sun View Lake during the months of summer are in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Sun View Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Broad River.
