At Sudlow Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Sudlow Lake drop into the 30's. There's so much to do here at Sudlow Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Betty's RV and Trailer Court is a tremendous place for that, and while you're here, you could       also pop by lovely Garner Pond Number One. Sudlow Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Flynn's Inn Camping Village is a nice local campground, and a good close by hotel is Sleep Inn North Augusta. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Getting to Franklin Branch from Sudlow Lake is uncomplicated, and after a long day outdoors Lookaway and Rosemary Halls is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Savannah                  River. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Midland Valley Golf Club, and there are plenty of people from Augusta-Richmond County here at Sudlow Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Sudlow Lake a wet site; all through March this area sees the most rain, and November is when it's the driest.
