This lake is so wonderful. Boggy Bay is an attention-grabbing swamp in close proximity to Stringy Lakes, and a round of golf at nearby Green Acres Golf Club is a great way to kill some time. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Stringy Lakes, and the       nighttime is a bit colder of course, typically in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's with temperatures at Stringy Lakes dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Stringy Lakes is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Little Pee Dee State Park is a nice local campground, and after a long day outdoors The Decanter Inn is a great place to spend a night or two.
