A wonderful spot to camp here at Spiveys Millpond is Sleepy Bear's RV Park; this is a popular location for folks from Dillon. If you get bored of Spiveys Millpond, you could also pop by nearby Pages Millpond. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Martin's Motel & Restaurant is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two, and it's a good idea to pop by Alligator Swamp. Summertime brings highs in the 90's       to Spiveys Millpond; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 50's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Spiveys Millpond sink into the 20's. If you need a site to stay The Decanter Inn is a great choice, and Spiveys Millpond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Little Pee Dee State Park is a fine local campground.
