If you are in Spartanburg county it's always a good idea to stop by Silver Lake. There's so much to do here at Silver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cunningham RV Park is a great site for that, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on South Tyger River. Silver Lake is a wet site that gets a good deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls through March while April is usually the driest month.
