For the period of the days of summer at Sigmon Pond temperatures are mostly in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Sigmon Pond. Santee Lakes Campground is a brilliant campground nearby; let's not forget Belser Creek which is a stream that you may run into while you're here. This lake       is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Manning, and if you're dropping by from Sumter, you won't be the only one. Sigmon Pond is a wet spot that gets a lot of precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
