Summertime at Samuels Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's while Samuels Pond night low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. If you came to camp Pineacres Mobile Home Park is a fine spot to do that. There's so much to do here at Samuels Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aiken RV Park       is a brilliant place for that. Be careful coming to Samuels Pond, you might not ever want to go home again. If you need a place to stay Budget Inn is a wonderful choice, and obviously Buck Branch flows through this area. You're sure to stumble upon some smiling people from Augusta-Richmond County here; after a long day outdoors Crossroads Motel is a fine place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Long Pond, and if the weather                  is good, you can go for a hike along the Horn Creek Hiking Trail.
