The high level of precipitation makes Rowells Pond a relatively wet site; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; April is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Ellen Dean Motor Hotel is a great place to get some rest. If you came to camp Cane Creek Park is a splendid place to do that, and after a long day outdoors Travelodge Lancaster is a good location to spend       a night or two.
