Rogers Pond really is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. Camping is available at Mountaineer Motel. This lake is so wonderful. All our national parks are great sites to go to, and Congaree Swamp National       Monument is no exception; don't forget to take a tremendous little tour to High Hill Creek. Camping at Wheat water Lake Campground is always a tremendous experience, and you're perhaps keen on lakes, Razor Highway Pond is one of those close by. Dry warm beds await you at Sleep Inn Orangeburg. Lakes are fine; Raysors Lake is a lake that's right next door to Rogers Pond. Through the summertime at Rogers Pond temperatures are generally in the 90's, and the                  overnight is rather cooler of course, ordinarily in the 70's. All through the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Rogers Pond are in the 30's.
