This lake is so wonderful. Summertime highs at Pitts Lake commonly tend to be in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures
plunge down into the 60's. Through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Pitts Lake are in the 30's. There's whitewater on Saluda River for all you thrill seekers, and lakes are such calm spots, why not have a look at Schumpert Pond.
