Palles Pond Dam is a quite wet place usually with a great deal of precipitation; August is when you get the most rain here, and November       is the month with the least moisture. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Palles Pond Dam. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. During the winter highs are mostly in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Palles Pond Dam. This lake is so wonderful.
