The high level of precipitation makes Pacolet Reservoir a quite wet spot; the wettest month of the year is mostly March, that's the one that rains the most while April is       usually the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Gaffney; not far from Pacolet Reservoir you'll locate J W Crocker Pond which is a picturesque lake. This lake is so wonderful. Croft state Natural Area is a pleasant local campground, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Lawsons Fork Creek. Summertime at Pacolet Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout                  the wintertime are in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Pacolet Reservoir are in the 20's. So many enjoyable things close to Pacolet Reservoir, just mind-boggling. Near Pacolet Reservoir you stumble on a golf course called Oak Ridge Country Club, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Lithium Corporation Pond.
