Morres Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are magnificent; Reno Lake is a lake that's next to Morres Lake, and you can run the rapids of Tyger River. The high level of rainfall makes Morres Lake a rather wet site; most of the rain falls during March while November is mostly the driest month. Be careful coming to Morres Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. You're sure to bump into some

Foster Park Lake which is a charming lake. Summertime highs at Morres Lake usually tend to be in the 90's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 50's with temperatures at Morres Lake dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights.

Pinecone Campground
 | 11 miles away When we stayed at Pinecone Campground we had a very great time. Even though we read some not-so-good reviews, we had lots of fun. The childern enjoyed the pool and the golf carts and even the teenagers that were there had fun. It is a good family invironment and a good place to go and relax. We havee stayed there since and we will continue to go back. We camped in tents.... |
