What a site this is for outdoors people. Quality Inn Clinton is a nice spot to get some rest, and Millikens Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, T-roy's is a great local campground. If you need a site to stay Howard Johnson Clinton is a brilliant choice, naturally       you could also have a look at Teagues Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Millikens Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Millikens Pond dip into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Virginia Coleman Pond is near Millikens Pond, and                  obviously Reedy Fork is a lovely stream that is worth going to. Millikens Pond is right next door to Millikens Pond Dam which is a picturesque spot absolutely worth stopping at, and South Tyger River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by.
