Sure, E W Martin Lake is nearby, and do visit Sloans Meadow Creek Dam while you're here. All the water falling down from the sky makes Milliken Lake a wet location; March is when you get the most rain here; April on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Cunningham RV Park if you're here at Milliken Lake, and Milliken Lake is a spot with many visitors from Spartanburg. Dry       warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Spartanburg. It's a tremendous idea to check out Turkey Creek, it's in close proximity to Milliken Lake, and if you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Woodfin Ridge Golf Club. All through the summertime, highs regularly are in the 80's at Milliken Lake with overnight lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; during the dark hours in the winter at Milliken Lake temperatures descend                  to the 20's. Paddling on Middle Tyger River is so much fun, and camping at Milliken Lake is good fun, Creekside RV Park is a good local campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place.
