Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Millers Pond. After a long day outdoors Edgefield Inn is a nice location to spend a night or two; don't forget to take a great little visit to Canaan Branch. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Millers Pond there are plenty of folks from Augusta-Richmond County, and there's tremendous hiking along the Horn Creek Hiking Trail. Crossroads       Motel is a magnificent place to get some rest, and a pleasant place for whitewater paddling is Savannah River. Millers Pond is a pretty wet place commonly with much precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is November. High temperatures at Millers Pond during the summertime months are in the 90's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the                  50's while the cold winter nights at Millers Pond are in the 30's. Millers Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Betty's RV and Trailer Court is a good local campground; close to Millers Pond you come across a golf course called Mount Vintage Plantation Golf Club.
