Summertime highs at Midway Reserve commonly tend to be in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 50's while Midway Reserve overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 30's. Not far from Midway Reserve, you'll discover Coingtee Lake which is a lovely lake, and why not camp at KOA Kampgrounds while you're       here at Midway Reserve. Dry warm beds await you at Goose Creek Days Inn, and nice hiking is available along the Jerico Horse Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Midway Reserve a relatively wet place; July is the wettest month with most rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This location is excellent, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do near Midway Reserve. While you're here at Midway Reserve you will meet                  lots of people from nearby Charleston-North Charleston, and if you came for an overnight stay Charleston KOA is a magnificent place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express Moncks Corner, Sc is a magnificent location to get some rest, and there's splendid hiking along the Swamp Fox Trail.
