Why not camp at Ridgeland Koa Kampground if you're here at Middle Pond; it's a magnificent idea to visit Boyd Creek. Be careful coming to Middle Pond, you might       not ever want to go home again. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites Beaufort, and a pretty lake like Big Pond is a good place to visit. This lake is so wonderful. River Pond is a perfect lake in the vicinity of Middle Pond; the friendly folks of Hilton Head Island-Beaufort like to hang out nearby. The high level of rain makes Middle Pond a relatively wet place; the month with most of the rain is August, and November on the other hand is the driest.                  Summer brings highs in the 90's to Middle Pond. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's.
