On a gorgeous day you obtain a panorama of Bald Rock from Methodist Pond; going for a hike on the Mullinax Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Methodist Pond is a beautiful lake in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camping at Solitude Pointe is always a pleasant experience; this is a popular place for folks from Brevard. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Methodist       Pond without first going for a hike along the Laurel Mountain Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brevard, Nc. Raven Cliff is an out of the ordinary thing to distinguish if you're here at Methodist Pond, and obviously, this is a tremendous area for folks who like lakes, Eagles Nest Lake is a lake close by. So many cool things to do here at Methodist Pond, too tremendous to be true. Nearby lakes? Sure, Camp Burgess Glen Lake                  is near Methodist Pond, and it's a good idea to visit Matthews Creek. Yeah, come here to Methodist Pond for a tremendous time. You completely must have a thing about the Blue Ridge Mountains. Rodeway Inn Brevard is a pleasant place to get some rest; there are wonderful places to discover along the Black Mountain Trail. High temperatures at Methodist Pond all through the warm months are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Methodist Pond. Methodist Pond is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Palmetto Cove is a tremendous local campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend South Saluda River. Methodist Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and January on the other hand is the driest.
