Messers Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Columbia/camden RV Park is a fine local campground, and swamps like Wise Marsh near Messers Pond make for tremendous spots to go to. You'll meet a lot of folks from Columbia here, and do pay a visit to Congaree Swamp National Monument if you're here at Messers Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbia I-20 @ Clemson Road is a great location       to get some rest, and don't forget to take a magnificent little journey to Buffalo Creek. For the period of the long summer days here at Messers Pond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's while nighttime lows are typically in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Messers Pond temperatures sink to the 30's. So many amusing things to do here at Messers Pond, too delightful                  to be true.
