In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Saluda River; dry warm beds await you at Jameson Inn Easley. If you came for an overnight stay Springwood RV Park is a fine site to camp, and camping at McGee Pond is glorious fun, Paris Mountain State Park is a glorious local campground. Throughout the months of summer highs here at McGee Pond get into the 80's. When       the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at McGee Pond. Whitewater paddling is good on Double Branch, and if you need a place to stay Jameson Inns is a nice choice. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are really plentiful here at McGee Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Southern Oaks Golf Course is a golf course in close proximity to McGee                  Pond, and you'll meet a lot of people from Greenville here.
