You can run the rapids of Flat Shoal       River close to Mahaffey Lake, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Winding Stairs Trail. High temperatures at Mahaffey Lake through the months of summer are in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's, and overnight lows all through the wintertime for Mahaffey Lake tend to be in the 20's. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Mahaffey Lake.
