Through the days of summer, highs usually are in the 90's at Leggett Mill Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 70's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 50's while Leggett Mill Pond overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Leggett Mill Pond regularly gets lots of rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here while November is regularly the driest       month. This lake is so wonderful. Leggett Mill Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Little Pee Dee State Park is a pleasant local campground; as expected Little Reedy Creek is a striking stream that is worth going to. A good site to camp here at Leggett Mill Pond is Big Cypress Lake RV Park/fishing Retreat, and if you've had enough of Leggett Mill Pond, Smith Mill Pond is close by. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn.
