High temperatures at Lake York throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 50's while Lake York overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. At Lake York you always meet       someone from Gaffney. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Kings Mountain, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Spring Lake Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. This is a delightful neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Lake Crawford is a lake around here, and while you're here, you could visit Jennings Branch. Lakes are glorious; Adams Lake is a lake that's right next door to Lake York; Broad River is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. Lake York                  is a reasonably wet place regularly with much rainfall; the month with most of the rain is March, and the driest month of the year is April. This location is great, just look at all the cool stuff to do in the vicinity of Lake York.
