What a nice lake Lake Keowee is. For the duration of the days of summer at Lake Keowee temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's, and the nighttime is somewhat chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows throughout the winter for Lake Keowee tend to be in the 20's. Lake Keowee is a nearby lake that you could stop at; the Foothills Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful.

High Falls Park is a great campground nearby; if you come at the right time of year, Sixmile Creek offers some good whitewater. Carolina is a brilliant spot to camp nearby, and don't leave Lake Keowee without first checking out Big Bend. Lake Keowee is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and April is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
