While you're here at Lake Jemike, you could also stop by pretty Crystal Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Seneca/Clemson. This lake is so wonderful. The Chattooga Trail is a great hiking trail near Lake Jemike, and Lake Jemike is in the neighborhood of Hi Saw Gap which is without doubt worth taking a look at. For the period of the summer months at Lake Jemike highs are ordinarily in the 70's; the night is quite chillier of course, commonly in the

| | 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Lake Jemike tend to be in the 20's. That right there is loads already, but it keeps on going; Lake Jemike has it all. Head up to Scaly Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. River, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Burrells Ford Trail. And that's not all you can do here at Lake Jemike. Why not stop at close by Otter Creek if you're here at Lake Jemike, and if you come at the right
time of year, Cedar Creek offers some splendid whitewater. Camping is available at Cherry Hill, and Isaqueena Falls is a picturesque place to stop by while you're at Lake Jemike. Buzzard Roost Mountain is beautiful and can be
distinguished from Lake Jemike, and do check out Walhalla Reservoir, it's a gorgeous lake. A good location to camp here at Lake Jemike is Yellow Branch Campground, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Winding
Stairs Trail. The high level of rainfall makes Lake Jemike a relatively wet place; most of the rain falls through March, and the driest of the months is April.
