There's so much to do here at Jordans Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Bethel Campground is a good place for that; glide down the rapids of Broad River in a kayak. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff near Jordans Pond. All our national parks are glorious locations to stop by, and Congaree Swamp National Monument is no exception, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Saluda River. If you came to camp Sesquicentennial State Park is a nice location to do that; dry warm beds await you at Hampton Inn Columbia I20Clemson Road. All the water falling down from the sky makes Jordans Pond a wet place; March is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is November. This lake is so wonderful. Club is a golf course near Jordans Pond, and a delightful lake like Youngs Pond is a nice place to stop at.
All through the summertime highs here at Jordans Pond get into the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down
into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Jordans Pond.
