All the water falling down from the sky makes Jordan Lake a wet place; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; November is the month with the least moisture. During the days of summer at Jordan Lake highs are usually in the 90's, and the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, typically in the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Jordan Lake       temperatures fall to the 30's. Having a good time at Jordan Lake is uncomplicated. Camping at Huntington Beach State Park is always a glorious experience. Nearby Gravel Gully is a good spot to go if you're at Jordan Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Myrtle Beach-Days Inn Conway is a good choice. A lake close by is Russ Lake, and why not a little side trip to Dead River. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Sleep Inn Conway is a good                  place to spend a night or two, and if you came to camp Big Cypress Lake RV Park/fishing Retreat is a wonderful place to do that.
