What a nice lake Johnson Lake is. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Johnson Lake, you'll hit upon Lake Cunningham which is a delightful lake; don't forget to take a glorious little spree to Clear Creek. Get drenched paddling on Reedy River, and camping is available at FlowerMill RV Park. Yeah, come here to Johnson Lake for a brilliant time. Whitewater paddling is fine on Enoree River, and if you need a location to stay Quality Inn Greer is a good choice.

| | A lot of rainfall falls at Johnson Lake; March is when you get the most rain here; September is the month with the least moisture. You'll meet a lot of people from Greenville here. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Greer-Wade Hampton Blvd, Sc, and why not camp at The Flowermill RV Park while you're here at Johnson Lake.

The Flowermill RV Park
 | we came from california and have stayed at many different campgrounds. This is by far, the best we have found. Just perfect.... We plan on being here a long time.
...Bought by Susan and Steve Suber in 1997, the Flowermill RV. campground is in Taylors, SC. It's proximity to The Mountains and surrounding lakes makes it a perfect place to stay. The park is right next to the Enoree river on land that was once used as a mill. The old structure still exists as does the dam that provided its power. With its sandy beach and beautiful waterfall, I cant think of a better place to relax and let the sounds of nature wash the stress away. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more informative. A pure delight... |
