What a place this is for outdoors people. Little Sandy Run is a charming stream that is worth taking a look at, and during your tour here you'll meet some people from Columbia for sure. A stunning lake like Boozer Lower Pond close to Jamison Pond is a great location to stop by, and if you came to camp Sesquicentennial State Park is a great site to do that. During the warm months here at Jamison       Pond, high temperatures commonly get into the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 50's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Jamison Pond fall into the 30's. Congaree Swamp National Monument is a good local destination here at Jamison Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Country Hearth Inn Cayce. This lake is so wonderful. Ramada Inn is a nice place to get                  some rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Saluda River. Camping at Wheat water Lake Campground is always a perfect experience. Jamison Pond sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and October on the other hand is the driest.
