Jacksons Pond is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, River Bottom Farms is a wonderful local campground; unsurprisingly Hollow Creek flows through this area. This lake is so wonderful. Country Hearth Inn Cayce is a great spot to get some rest, and a gorgeous lake like Leffcoots Millpond is a good location to check out. All the water falling down from       the sky makes Jacksons Pond a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is July; the driest month of the year is November. For the duration of the warm days of summer, highs usually are in the 90's at Jacksons Pond. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 70's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 50's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Jacksons Pond descend into the 30's.
