Throughout the warmest time of the year, highs usually are in the 90's at Jack Lake while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 50's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Jack Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. Dry warm beds await you at The Decanter Inn, and Half Moon Sand Hills is easy to spot from Jack Lake. Camping is available at Little       Pee Dee State Park, and no need to travel far to visit interesting stuff like Devils Elbow. Jack Lake gets a large amount of water; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is April. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Moon Light Hotel is a pleasant choice, and the great folks of Dillon like to hang out close by. If you get bored of Jack Lake, you could also explore nearby Bass Lake, and                  why not camp at Big Cypress Lake RV Park/fishing Retreat if you're here at Jack Lake. So much exciting stuff in close proximity to Jack Lake, absolutely impressive.
