This lake is so wonderful. People from Greenville love to come to J P Stevens Pond, and a perfect location to camp here at J P Stevens Pond is Creekside RV Park. J P Stevens Pond is a wet site that gets a good deal of precipitation;       through March this area sees the most rain while September is usually the driest month. J P Stevens Pond is not the only site close by, Oak Grove Lake is a close by lake; after a long day outdoors Best Western Greenville Airport Inn is a wonderful site to spend a night or two. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Enoree River, and why not a little side spree to Brushy Creek.
