    Lake Isaquenna is a lake worth visiting. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Lake Isaquenna, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's with night lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Lake Isaquenna. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Isaquenna a wet place; throughout the month of March you get the most rain around here, and April is when  
   it's the driest. Cantrell Creek is a delightful stream that is worth checking out, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flat Shoal River.
Here at Lake Isaquenna there are plenty of people from Seneca, and Walhalla Motel is a good spot to get some rest. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Winding Stairs Trail, and if you need a place to stay Park Ave Guest House is a great choice. This lake
 
               is so wonderful.
Just can't get enough of Lake Isaquenna. Lake Isaquenna is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Moody Spring Campground is a perfect local campground; whitewater paddling is splendid on Oconee Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Isaquenna is right by the Foothills Trail, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Scaly Mountain. If you came to camp Oconee Station state Historic Site is a nice spot to do that, and there are other sites here than Lake Isaquenna, for example Lake Cheohee.
