Throughout the summer, highs regularly are in the 90's at Home Lake. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Home Lake temperatures fall to the 30's. Yeah, come here to Home Lake for a tremendous time. Home Lake is good enough to spend more than a day       at, Big Cypress Lake RV Park/fishing Retreat is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Moon Light Hotel is a great choice. Lakes are great; Bass Lake is a lake that's near Home Lake. There are swamps here too; Boggy Bay is nearby, and from Home Lake you get a delightful sight of Half Moon Sand Hills. Devils Elbow is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Home Lake, and folks from Dillon love to come here.                  All the water falling down from the sky makes Home Lake a wet location; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is April.
