This lake is so wonderful. Take a look at nearby Boggy Bay, and camping at Little Pee Dee State Park is always a great experience. Home Lake is a reasonably wet place ordinarily with much precipitation; during July this area sees the most rain; April is when it's the driest. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great world it would be. Devils       Elbow is an interesting thing to see if you're here at Home Lake, and dry warm beds await you at The Decanter Inn. Half Moon Sand Hills is pretty and can be distinguished from Home Lake; there are other sites here than Home Lake, for example Cypress Lake. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Mullins is a good choice, and camping is available at South of the Border - Camp Pedro. For the period of the summertime at Home Lake highs are ordinarily in the                  90's, and the overnight is a little cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's.
