High temperatures at Hightower Pond through the summer are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. During the winter highs are typically in the 50's; through the dark hours in the winter at Hightower Pond temperatures dip to the 30's. Hightower Pond typically gets a lot of precipitation; throughout July this area sees the most rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation.       This lake is so wonderful. For you golfers we recommend nearby Crestwood Golf Club. There's so much to do here at Hightower Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Rivers Bridge state Historic Site is a tremendous location for that. Dry warm beds await you at Hampton Days Inn, and do stop at Ghents Branch since you're here at Hightower Pond.
